I just downloaded OD Plus 1.9 and for some reason every time I run it, CPU usage skyrockets up to near 100%. I have 2 gigs of ram, how is that possible? Windows XP SP2, 32 bit.. somebody help me.

OK I loaded (after a few minutes) my old non-tabbed dock and everything is fine. The CPU usage is only high using a new tabbed dock. I thought I'd add that point.. more information cant hurt.

Can't say OD 1.9 tabbed does that with my comp, assuming you mean that after you've loaded it and it's sitting there idling that your cpu is at 100 % untill you kill OD tabbed, the only spikes i get is when i clik an icon and that program executes but that's not OD causing the spike it's the proggy i just actuated,i have one large tabbed dock across the top and one smaller one at bott right,my guess is there's another underlying problem somewhere in your comp as once OD is loaded it should just idle till you use it,anyone else got any theories

dunno why you are having this problem mate, i have multiple tabbed docks plus normal zoomer docks and the cpu usage is not a factor. could it be something else chewing up the resources?, maybe run a spyware scan. worth a try

It's most likely something on that dock (like a docklet) and not the dock itself. Try using the troubleshooting options in the Object Dock Properties dialog.
